SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Postage by Parcelforce will typically be sent next working day. For orders placed before 12 noon same day shipping can be arranged with Royal Mail. Please contact us directly if your hamper is urgent or you need a quote for elsewhere 

REFUND POLICY

We don’t really operate a formal returns policy… But if you need a refund for any reason whatsoever then please contact us directly on 01300 341395. Phones are manned 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can contact us online.

Rather than having a prescriptive policy we’d rather sort out any problems to your satisfaction rather than ours. After all, isn’t that the way it should be?

Having said that, we’re obliged to give you the chapter and verse on Cancellation Rights so here goes… We’ve tried to word them sympathetically but it was a bit of a struggle.

If you’d like to cancel your order then this policy doesn’t affect your rights when we’re at fault – for example if the items are faulty or described incorrectly.

You can cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this simply email us or drop us a line. We’ll refund your money, including the original postage, within 30 days.

If you do cancel then I’m afraid you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you’ll also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit so do, please, ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the value.

If you don’t return them we can make arrangements to collect them but we’ll charge you the direct cost of the collection. Since we use a courier firm this is likely to be in the region of £15.00. If reasonable care hasn’t been taken of the goods before we receive them back here which results in damage or deterioration then we’ll charge you for the reduction in value.
